Teams of 3

3 Rounds: (45 min time cap)

800 Meter Run

60 Toes to Bar

90 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35) or Barbell Snatches (95/65)

Team runs each 800m together. All team members must be present before work on Toes to Bar may begin. Reps may be petitioned as determined by team.
